Agents for the Colonies on the subject of the security for

the note issue of the Mercantile Bank of India, Limited,

I am directed by the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's

Treasury to request you to inform Mr. Secretary Harcourt

that They concur in his proposal to approve the securities

mentioned under Section 4 of the Ordinance No: 65 of 1911.
